If you have installed an antenna wire that is less than 50m, it may be because your dog doesn’t have room to move around.
The shorter the length of wire, the greater is the distance of remote activation of the wire and vice versa.
In this case, do not cut the wire but leave it with the rest of the wire on the spool at the end of the circuit.
If it is already cut, reconnect it to the spool making sure the connection is watertight.
