Note: It is perfectly normal for a little of the product to escape during filling, however you should make sure you position the refill vertically in the correct manner and press firmly.
If there is a lot of leakage:
1) The reservoir may already be overfull

2) Are you filling the device correctly?

3) The black rubber joint surrounding the small metal pin at the centre of the filling valve is missing

4) There may be too much air inside, you should ‘bleed’ the device:
Place the unit flat on a table; keep your face away from the nozzle that sprays the liquid, press on the small metal pin at the centre of the filling valve with the tip of a ballpoint pen or the refill canister. Once the air has been removed, refill the device with liquid and blow into the microphone to see if the spray comes out.
