Note: The collar has a BATTERY SAVER function, it goes into standby mode if not used for 18 hours. Place the 2 red discs opposite each other (for at least 2 seconds) to switch the collar back on.
If you hear 1 beep: the collar is switched back on and ready to operate.
If you hear 3 beeps: the collar has synchronised again, meaning that a loose connection switched off the collar → Contact our After Sales Service, click here
If you wish to ‘control’ the battery saver, just press on the beep of your remote control before the 18 hours have passed.
