The collar is too sensitive or not sensitive enough

Note: Remove any metal collar from your dog’s neck when using a dog training collar. Slight shocks may cause the device to malfunction.

The intensity of a dog’s bark varies greatly. On average, a dog barks at 92 dB, the setting threshold on our devices. However, various factors (breed, age, type of barking, etc.) may cause a lack of or excess of sensitivity in the device, thus upsetting the working.

Note: Some dogs do not respond correctly to spray stimulation, in this case you can try using collars with electrostatic stimulation that are triggered by the vibration of vocal chords when the dog barks (see our Effitek range).
